Dose:
Place 1 mL under your tongue once daily. Hold under your tongue for 5 minutes before swallowing.

Side Effects:
The most common side effects, reported in ≥5% of patients treated with Tadalafil are:

• Headache
• Back pain
• Muscle aches
• Flushing
• Nasal congestion
• Indigestion
• Nasal congestion
• Indigestion. 

Severe side effects of Tadalafil can include:

• Priapism (prolonged erection lasting more than 4 hours) 
• Sudden vision loss (including NAION) 
• Sudden hearing loss
• Cardiovascular events (such as heart attack or stroke)
• Severe hypotension

Signs of an allergic reaction are:

• Appearance of a rash
• Hives
• Itching
• Blistered or peeling skin
• Tightness in chest
• Swelling of lips/tongue or throat
• Difficulty swallowing
• Difficulty breathing

What Drugs or Supplements Interact with The Active Ingredient?:

• Tadalafil potentiates hypotensive effects. 
• Avoid coadministration of tadalafil with nitrates, guanylate cyclase stimulators, other PDE5 inhibitors, and substantial amounts of alcohol.
• Consider increased clinical or laboratory monitoring for medications that affect blood pressure or that require dose adjustments, such as alpha-blockers or potent CYP3A4 inhibitors.

Please stop taking the medication and talk to your doctor if you begin experiencing chest pains or notice sudden changes in your vision.
Please seek immediate care for erections lasting longer than 4 hours.

Important Safety Information:

• Do not use it if taking nitrates or participating in the use of “poppers.”

Before Taking Tadalafil Suspension:

• Notify your healthcare provider if you have a personal or family history of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), priapism, or conditions that may predispose you to priapism (such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia).

• Do not take this medication if you have, or have recently had a heart attack, stroke, unstable angina, severe liver or kidney disease, or uncontrolled blood pressure without consulting your physician.
• Tadalafil is not indicated for use in women, including those who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
